Hi there! I currently live in a private room in a 3BR (2 bathrooms) in Potrero Hill with two other young software professionals. I need to move because I just switched jobs, so I am looking for someone to occupy my room. Our lease expires in August 2023, so you’d be taking over my portion of the lease until August (with options to extend afterwards). I’ve enjoyed my stay in this room and am excited to find the next resident of this room :)

You would be sharing a bathroom with one person, so I am looking for a female housemate to replace me. We do not have pets and will not be able to accommodate pets.

The monthly rent (excluding utilities and internet) would be $2060/month. After adding additional variable costs such as monthly utilities and internet costs, the rent is approximately $2150/month.

Features of my 4th floor room: • Floor-to-ceiling windows that allow bright sunlight to enter during the afternoon (equipped with blinds and a screen) • Private entrance to shared balcony with views of Potrero Hill and western SF • Closet with hanging bar and ceiling storage space

Furniture/items I intend to provide with my room (at no additional cost to you): • Study table with two drawers • Chair with wheels • Twin-sized mattress • Floor lamp with 5 bulbs • Trash cans • Hangers and some storage boxes, if you’d like

Features of our 4th floor apartment: • Spacious living room with panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline
• (Second) Shared balcony attached to living room • Microwave/oven, large refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher in the kitchen • Dining table in living room • In-unit washer and dryer • Thermostat to control temperature

Apartment building amenities: • Common coworking area • Common gym • 8th-floor rooftop deck with stunning panoramic views of San Francisco • Courtyard with seating area and fireplace • Secure app to access the building and your apartment

Location: • Right next to bus stops for buses 22 and 55 • 15-minute walk from the Potrero Hill branch of the SF public library system • Few blocks away from Whole Foods and Safeway • 7-minute bus ride away from 22nd St Caltrain station • This area doesn’t get covered with much fog :)
