Looking to rent out my other room in my apartment. You would have your own bathroom and there is always street parking right outside. Free wifi, washer and dryer. I pay water, gas, and electric so that would just be included in rent.

I’m 25 years old chill and honestly just do what I want. Very respectable of other people, clean, and easy to get along with and definitely would expect the same.
