My husband and I are renting out a furnished bedroom in our owned home that is 10.5’ x 11.5’, so not too small of a space.

We provide you with your own full-size fridge (as ours is not large enough to share), bath towels, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and glassware for your use. Access to kitchen (obviously 🫠), and laundry room. You will share the main bathroom with guests. Your bedroom will pretty much be your living room too, as we’re often in ours.

All utilities included, including High-speed 1 GB fiber-optic Frontier internet.

We have 2 small dogs and cats that share the main space of the house. They’re all well-behaved and friendly. As we have pets you, unfortunately, cannot 🥺 (though fish are ok!)

My husband and I (Daniel {32} and Corey {37}) are a happy, low-key gay couple who enjoy staying home, having the occasional friend over for dinner, and living in our living room 👀 (That’s one way of saying we’ve gotten a bit fat 😅) We’re not the stereotypical in-your-face high-strung gays portrayed in the media, just two guys who love each other. We’re clean and like the house to smell fresh 🙂
