Off McDowell with easy bus/train/hwy 101 access; near grocery stores and restaurants. Comcast internet. Updated W/D in garage. Well-heated with great AC for summer heat waves. Spacious living room/TV room. Eat-in kitchen or cozy dining room. Beautiful courtyard and fenced backyard; on a cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. You are a full-time student or work full-time outside the home. You would love a household with pets but don’t plan to add any.

I am an empty-nester mom of two boys; recent HS grads. I share my home with 2 cats and a dog. I have a private, full-time, in-person therapy practice outside the home. In my free time I’m reading, streaming a show or visiting wine country with friends. I have been a frequent host family for foreign students studying English and would like to continue supporting young people pursuing educational and other goals. Short-term is OK
