About the room
Hello! I’m subleasing the master bedroom I’m staying at until July 10th. Room: The room is the master bedroom (12x14) with an attached bathroom, walk in closet, and large window. It also has overhead lighting and a fan.
It is very quiet at night (no noises or disruptions in the middle of the night), and the bathroom is very large with lots of storage space. The bath tub is big enough to take baths in.
WITH UTIL: should be under 1k per month.

About the roomies
There will be two other girls you’ll be living with! They live down the hall (so you’ll be at the other end of the apartment), and they’re very nice. We’ve all became friends after moving in together. One girl works from home and the other doesn’t, but they’re sweet, cleanly, and kind. We’re all recent college graduates starting our careers.
There will be a dog in the apartment! The dog never barks and is a senior. She is mainly in one of the girls’ rooms all day and is sweet.
