Rent is $933/month, split utilities for 1 spacious private bedroom, 1.5 shared bathrooms, and shared kitchen and backyard. First month’s rent and security deposit required to move in. Room measures approx 13x14ft. Apartment comes with a shared driveway parking spot, but street parking is also available. Washer/dryer included in the unit. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 males in their 20s.

The room is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to White Plains, easy accessibility to highways. Close to everything. FREE LAUNDRY in basement is included!

We are both in our 20s and work full time. We are looking for a similar roommate who is clean in the common areas, friendly, and respectful. We like to share responsibilities like cleaning the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc…), taking out the trash, and we share buying paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
