It’s a three bedroom house…. I have dog’s, cats, and a large macaw. If you are a student and you love pet’s, I can reduce the rent in trade for pet walking. If you are an honor student, you will have first crack and we can talk about a rent break. I am not trying to rob you while you are trying to get on your feet. This is a quiet neighborhood near Mott college. There is an extra bathroom in the basement that you will have private access to. TRUST, Neatness and communication are absolutely essential.

And if you are thinking about squatting….. you will have to sign a notarized letter stating that if you steal, assault, creat drama, deliberate damage, or have unannounced people in the house. This is to protect myself all the way. I don’t have many people over because of zoo…… I need to know who is in my house and I will extend the courtesy to you as well.

I am very easy to live with and I am not a busy body about other people. Your privacy will always be respected 💯 as long as long as you exercise the same for others.
