Looking to rent out a room with private bath in my 3/2 home to a working professional. I am respectful and will provide a home that is safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The property is part of a new development in the lowest crime section of San Antonio. There is both off and on-street parking. You would also have your own fridge (not a mini). I’ve also installed a 50A plug if you happen to have an electric vehicle. You would have full use of common areas to include the kitchen, dining, laundry and living rooms. Electricity, trash, water, wifi all included.
