I only have 2 rooms left. Here’s the info for them.

rooms must paid every Monday, and can be paid month to month also. Recommended for single occupancy, there’s is a shared restroom upstairs, and should be equally cleaned by the occupants. You’ll have your own alarm code for house access. I can add a lock to your bedroom door if needed. The room with the black and red blanket on the bed is $225.00 a week. Recommended for single occupancy, and or a couple. It does not have its own restroom. Includes a random bookcase with books for your reading pleasure. A low profile California king bed, wifi, and wireless and wired video game systems. Loaded Amazon fire stick, and blacked out curtains. To help keep the sun out. Includes overhead light effects in the room, controlled via remote control, to help set your mood. This room is located in the upper quarter of the house. Includes access to the common areas. Laundry room, etc. Tenant is responsible for keeping their room clean. The last room is $200.00 a week, it has a twin over full futon that can be folded back up to a couch when not in use. Has a desk in it. Over head light effects controlled via remote to help set your mood. Loaded Amazon fire stick, and video game device. It has a shared restroom upstairs. I would not recommend this room for couples. All rooms come with a decent amount of closet space. Simple contact will need to be signed. A 30 day written notice before leaving is required. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required. Rooms are prorated depending on the move in date, and must be paid up front. A random background check might be conducted on tenants before moving in. 2 forms of ID is needed upon signing. Plenty of entertainment options on the campus. Located in a quite, peaceful neighborhood, close to restaurants,etc. Conveniently located 15 mintues from both airports, and from downtown. Flexible payment options are available. There’s only one current tenant located on the sub level, that is peaceful and quite, and I honestly can’t even tell when they’re there. And 1 person on the upper quarter of the house (Me) I’m very professional, peaceful, and mostly gone all the time.
