Forrest's room

(RIGHT) hi there, I have a room for rent in my house in Mountain Gate (Palm Springs). (RIGHT)
Mountain Gate is a gated community that is at the very edge of North Palm Springs. If you want to GPS it, you can put in Hwy 111 & Tramway. I live 5 minutes from there, far end of town last signal off the Hwy.

Room is average size, shared bath, (shared with other bedroom) good size closet (shelves), shared bathroom w/1 other person (two sinks though)

The house is large, shared kitchen, living room, dining room, kitchen area/table to eat, pool, jacuzzi

Private Entrance for room off side garage door if you wish to use it, separate refrigerator in the garage. There is parking available in the driveway OR the RV Driveway next to the garage driveway for either room.

Rent would be $1100 a month including all utilities.

We are a alcohol & pot & everything free household, none at all. So it’s important that is understood from the start. No pets, there is a cat that is in the home, but most of the time is not in the common area’s. I am gay if that matters.

Room is unfurnished but has has 2 nightstands & lamps.

House is in extremely quiet & peaceful gated community. There will be 1 other person in the other bedroom on this side of the house, I am on the opposite side of the house. I am retired, gay, quiet, keep to myself. Looking for someone that wants a safe, quiet, nice place to live! No drama, problems, etc.
