It’s off riverside, close to HEB, the ACC riverside campus. A quick Uber downtown and short drive to the airport! The complex itself is pretty quiet and gated. Pool, fitness center, dog park and laundry on property. Along with a cool deck you can see the skyline from!
It’s pet friendly (max 3, NO BREED RESTRICTIONS!!) with pet deposit. backyard and good for roommates! $1710 a month + utilities (usually comes to around $885 a person). Two nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Assigned parking available for a fee- but lots of regular parking available.
