South Birch Street

The room available is the master bedroom in a 2br 2ba apartment on the first floor of the building. You will have your own private full bathroom. The room can be furnished with a couch, a twin size bed, end table, a bigger table, and a TV. I can remove the furniture if you have your own and choose to use that. There are 2 good sized closets in the room. You will have full access to the kitchen and all of it’s amenities. Located in Glendale just off Colorado Blvd and a few blocks north of I-25.

You will be sharing the place with my father (68) and myself (M-29). We had a close family friend staying in the room but. They needed to make an emergency trip back to California with no promise to return. With the prices of rent nowadays my dad and I are unable to afford the rent ourselves and are looking for someone chill to share our space with. My dad is pretty low key. He keeps to himself and watches TV in his room for the most part. If I’m not working I’m usually just hanging out watching TV or playing video games in the front room. I’m pretty clean. The front room where I will be staying doesn’t look like a bedroom with a bed and stuff. Looks like a normal living room. I just crash on the couch. I tend to keep to myself not a big talker but if we vibe with each other I’m always down to make friends. I like to go and play disc golf and tie dye on days off when the weather is nice.
