Hi, My name is Lonnie, I’m almost 40 years young. I am recently seperated with 6 kids that live near by. This home used to accomodate my family but now it’s just me. I work full-time 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. I can afford the rent alone, however what fun is that? If you have children, I will provide you my background check. I would also require a background check from you incase I do decide to bring the children over to hang out for safety reasons. I don’t have pets, but I welcome them. The lease does charge extra for pets and they must be on the lease with updated shots. $35 per pet. All utilities are included, including high speed internet up to 1200mbps
