• Every guest is background checked and screened to ensure the safety and respect of our home.

• The entire home, including your room is fully furnished (pillows and linens are not provided).

• Pricing varies based on length of stay. We are happy to work with anyone on orders or contract work. E.G.- Military, Traveling Medical, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Go to the furnished finder listing and respond to with the 3 word Secret Code that’s in the listing description. Let us know you’re target dates (xx/xx/xxxx - xx/xx/xxxx)

STEP 2: Respond with answers to our Pre-Screener questions. Then we can set up time for the virtual tour and google meet interview.

• The google meet interview is to answer any questions about the household set up and go over the house rules. We also ask to find out a little bit about the applicant, to see if it looks like a good fit for them and others in the home.

• If everything sounds like a good fit for both sides, we’ll send an invite for a formal background screening.

STEP 3: Complete formal screening application.

• if approved, place deposit, we’ll finalize everything, and you’ll be welcomed into the home 😁🎉

This is a new listing, so no roommates just yet. All guests have to pass background screening before renting.
