To whom may concern, We are Carlos Rubio and Javier Herranz; we are offering the subletting of two rooms of the four total bedrooms that the flat has. We are leaving Boston in the middle of March, so you will be able to enter the flat on 15th of March, the contract is included until the end of June (but you can extend the contract if it is necessary). The price of the bedroom is 900 $ each, the utilities are included, and we have our own laundry in the building. The flat is in Brookline area in Boston (1911 Beacon Street). This resident area is safe, there are a lot of restaurants and shops and it`s well communicated: • Boston college: 15 minutes by walking or free shuttle bus (5 minutes). • Longwood Medical Area and Harvard Medical School: 15 minutes in D line or 20 minutes in C line. • Boston University: 23 minutes in D line or 30 minutes in B line. • Kenmore-Fenway: 20 minutes in D line. • Harvard square: 45 minutes (D/C line and red line). • Harvard Stadium and Business campus: 30 minutes (86-bus). • Emerson Collage-Park Street: 25 minutes in D/C line. • Downtown: 30 minutes in D line. • T line connections: C line (less than 1 minute, in front of the building), D line (2-3 minutes by walking), B line (5-10 minutes by walking). The two rooms are in good condition: spacious, clean and fully furnished (bed included). The rest of the house is in the same condition, we have a big living room fully furnished (with chairs, table and two sofas), functional kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, silverware, plateware, and cooking instruments), two bathrooms and a small warehouse. There are two more roommates; a 24 year old female graduate student and a 21 year old male undergraduate student; they are really nice, friendly and clean people.
