The room available is a massive sunny bedroom at the end of the hall. Quite private, with tons of natural light and wood floors. You could easily fit any size mattress and have a sitting area as well as desk area… whatever you fancy! The apartment itself is also super spacious and bright. It’s a top floor apartment with a private entrance and mud room. The kitchen has a gas stove, tons of granite counter space, tons of cupboards and a big fridge. The living room has a bay window where it’s lovely to read. There’s also a spare room that’s available to rent as a private office or art studio! If nobody wants to rent the spare room privately, it’s a shared space for everyone. There’s a washer and dryer in unit! Also there’s a back yard and a bath tub! It’s right in the heart of the west end in Portland, near tons of coffee shops and markets. Super location.

I’m a 25 year old gal who really values mature roommates that clean up after themselves and respect me and the space. I don’t like having loud gatherings of people over that often, I like to keep it peaceful for the most part. I’m a cook though and definitely enjoy having dinner parties! I love the space and am looking to share it with people who are warm, easy going and responsible. There are 2 rooms I am filling since one roommate is moving in with her partner and another is moving elsewhere! So it will be a new roommate situation for everyone!
