Very nice. Ultra clean. Full bed with headboard, new sheets, new pillows, dining table, chest of drawers. Very nice and private. Month-to-month agreement. Very quiet, peaceful place to live. Street parking. Must be employed, positively no drug users or alcoholics do not even bother calling. This is a place that is very quite, has a peaceful atmosphere and very safe.

Nice quiet people who tend to keep to themselves. They work a lot and you rarely see others as they are busy.
