Private room in gated community includes cable and internet extra if you want cable in your bedroom private bathroom in room its a downstairs unit also

I’m a single father of a 4 yo boy. Totally drug free and expect the same of roommate I’d prefer a female 1 child is fine but don’t think it would be a good fit for more than 1 must be totally drama free and clean and organized but I’m understanding that kids are messy I’m dedicated to my son full time and also have 2 other children 12 and 17 who do not live here but with ex wife that occasionally visit for dinner or Sunday football etc they never stay the night just day visits about 2 times a month I work for the community I live in so I’m pretty much always around must meet in public first not OK letting strangers just show up parents should understand this a good way to find out if living arrangements would work would be a play date for kids or a coffee meet up
