All 3 tenants are girls. 2 of them are form the bay area and will be moving out next year. We are nursing students, keep to ourselves, varying 12 hr work schedule, no loud noise, any visitors are welcome anytime as long as you let us know because we all share the space. Pls be respectful and clean; the apartment is always clean and we all take turns to take trash out. This is my 2nd for rent listing, master bedroom is also open to rent on a different listing.
