Patti's room

I have a one-story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in West Roseville, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All utilities are included in rent. I use one of the bedrooms as my home office. Your room is approximately 10 x 11 plus a standard size closet. You will have a private bathroom with lots of counter and storage space. The room is furnished with a Queen size bed, 6-drawer dresser with mirror, and a nightstand. (I can also remove the furniture if you prefer to bring your own.) New carpet is being installed in the bedroom on February 3rd.

Room is available on February 4th but I can work something out sooner if needed as I have the extra guest room.

I am an active single woman in my sixties. I work full-time (from home 2-3 days a week). I live a very simple, quiet, drama free life. My home is very clean and clutter free. I do have one small dog and sometimes will ask for help in watching him if I am going out of town, etc., (but only if it works out for my roommate too). I hope to find a nice, respectful, female roommate with characteristics similar to mine, and also someone who is interested in a lease no less than 12 months, although I will consider shorter term leases.

I am open to having a roommate with a small dog but no cats please. Your dog must be completely house trained, and friendly with other dogs.
