SEEKING TAKEOVER / RE-ASSIGNMENT FOR CURRENT LEASE EXPIRING ON JULY 31, 2023. Ideally, roommate and I are looking to vacate sometime between February 15 and March 31, 2023. Please see details below:
2BR / 2BA (one tub, one standing shower. Glass doors for both). TOP FLOOR (7-floor building). Total remaining rent would be $2,495 per month in downtown White Plains, NY. Great natural light and spacious (850+ sq ft) – LOTS of closet space!
15 min walk from the MetroNorth and many bus routes. 5-10 min walk to most restaurants on Mamaroneck, CVS, ShopRite/Target, etc. – 12-15 min walk to Whole Foods, Cheesecake Factory, etc.
Long waitlist for building parking, so garage parking would be your best bet. Roommate is currently paying $110 per month to park in a lot across the street from our building.
