Wilkerson Avenue

Hey there, Happy Holidays/ New Year to all. I am looking for 1 person to replace me and join 3 roommates in a spacious house near downtown Durham. The house is located at 832 Wilkerson Avenue, just a short walk from the heart of downtown and steps away from Duke’s East Campus and Duke’s Arts Annex. It is an older house but has been well cared for and kept clean by the responsive management company and my roommates and I. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe for all, located down the road from an elementary school. The rent for the room is $750/mo and the utilities (split four ways) are usually about $100/mo. The house is leased until June 1st and you could move in any time in January. Anyone who is comfortable living with three young men is welcome. You would be joining 3 men in their early to mid-20’s who work and study in the Durham area. You would occupy the room pictured and have direct access to one of the house’s two bathrooms, which you would share with one other roommate. The living room, kitchen, and porches (front and back) and shared amongst the roommates, who are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
