Shana's room

East Petaluma home, LARGE room for rent. This room is the same size as the master bedroom but does not have a closet. Previous tenants have created a “studio” like environment as the room is large enough to accommodate a queen size bed, smallish sofa, coffee table and a dresser. Wardrobe on hand for use if tenant wishes as well as a small desk if needed. Bedroom is located on bottom floor of the home and is relatively secluded from the rest of the house, all other bedrooms are upstairs. There is a half bath that is available right outside bedroom door, as well as washer and dryer and garage access. Shared kitchen. Separate refrigerator located in the garage for tenant as well as half of the pantry located inside the kitchen. Upstairs bathroom (shower) is shared with my young adult sons. Some garage storage available as needed. No pets as I currently have 3 dogs. Street parking available.

Adult female 44 yo works from home. Adult son 23 works fulltime. Adult son 18 works part time in school part time but only lives here 2 weeks out of the month along with his minor sister. We are all located upstairs. Three dogs, on site one is very old.
