The attic is remodeled and is ready to move in. I purchased this house last July and everything in this house is remodeled except for the basement for that is in a process of remodeling. I am looking for a roommate that’s a Christian, no overnight guests but can bring only bring one guest as long as they can notify me but if they want to bring more they would have to set up a time to discuss it, can clean up after themselves, okay with sharing a bathroom. I will also conduct a background check as well too. No smoking at this place. Deposit is due when moving in plus first months rent. Rent is due on the first month.
