Furnished bedroom available in a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to downtown Charleston and area beaches. Access to all common areas included if kept neat, clean, and quiet. No pets. No smoking, included vape, in the house. Private bathroom. Published rental rate is assumes 3-month commitment. Rate can be negotiated for shorter duration and/or lower security deposit. Space for 2 available if preferred by lodger.

I am retired and live alone, and spend most of my home time in the master suite. My son, DIL, and grandchildren live on Johns Island also, and visit occasionally.
