South Harvard Boulevard

The room is 13’x11.5’ with built in dresser/closet combo. Shared bathroom with two sinks. Overall the house is 1900sqft with 3bed/2 baths, large kitchen, and 3 additional common space living areas. Also has a large backyard section, a garage workshop, and plenty of street parking. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Utilities are an additional flat rate of $150 (this includes water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi).

Erik and Colbey are an Aerospace and Electrical engineer respectively, who work out of El Segundo. The location is large so much cleaning is involved, but manageable with three people contributing. Each roommate is expected to contribute equal effort to cleaning but we are considering hiring a cleaning service if cleaning efforts take too much time. Musical Instruments are often played but we are extremely conscious of the sound created. Overall sound levels are closely payed attention to out of respect for each other and our neighboors. Hosting others (i.e jam night/movie night) will be a common occurrence and is encouraged. If you think it would be a great fit, feel free to reach out!
