It is a house located in a very quiet area, and the house is clean and smoking free.

The room is fully furnished (I.e., TV, new bed, cabinets. It also has two closets (one is a walk-in closet), and a private bathroom without shower. The shower will be shared with the other Roomate in one of the other two bathrooms in the house.

You have access to the living room and kitchen as well.

You have access to the laundry and dryer machines. Bills included: water, gas, electricity, and internet.

Only small pets are allowed (I.e., guinea pigs and hamster 🐹).

I am a friendly, professional person who usually travels. I am looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible person to rent this particular room in the house.
