Room for rent in beautiful and newly rebuilt, Key West style home with pool. Great location! Just minutes to Airport, i95, 595 and downtown Fort Lauderdale. A Publix and Winn-Dixie just a block away. Shared bath. Full access to kitchen, living areas, outdoor pool, patio and bbq.

Bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, dimmable lamp, bedside table w/drawers, hangers in closet, a small trashcan, surge protector, full length mirror and overhead fan with dimmable lighting. All sheets and bedding, pillows and towels can be provided if needed or bring your own if you prefer.

You will need your own personal shower supplies and toiletries, food and laundry detergents but the house otherwise has all the comforts of home which you are welcomed to use.

As for me I’m a 38 year old professional female but I’m currently taking some time off work. House has been completely rebuilt after a fire so everything is new and I keep it very clean. A respectful, mature and clean roommate is def priority. Also, a bulldog named Obie lives with me so must love dogs! May consider a single dog with an additional $200 non-refundable deposit. Home is 4/20 friendly. Non-cigarette smoker.
