The room is in a spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house with pool and large lot, in a neighborhood near I35W with fast access to Denton Texas, Dallas Texas and into DT and West side historical area of Fort Worth.
About the roomies
I am single myself no pets. I am the only one living at the house at this time. I think it’s best to only have single female roommates. I am not in dire need for a roommate, just thought it would be a little uptick financially. I am a quieter person that focuses on school and goals when I am not at work - which seems to be alot. There is plenty of space in the house at all times for two people without crowding each other. Can negotiate rent.
