The room comes with a closet and can easily fit a queen size and desk/tv. There is community laundry facility located in the same building.

The rent is $700 plus utilities. Utilities (electricity and internet) are typically $60 to $100 per month. Heat is included in the rent. First month and $700 security deposit required to move in. Available August 1st. Lease is for 1 year.
