I need to find someone to sublease my place to for the Spring semester of 2023. I am planning on studying abroad in Chile and need someone to take over my lease. The move-in time is flexible, I could potentially be out by the end of the Fall semester before winter break but could stay up until late February when the official study abroad semester would start. This is for a bed in a double. The apartment has two doubles and two singles, two bathrooms, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, heating and A/C, utilities are included expect for electricity which you get $30/month each person that the apartment covers and then everyone evenly splits the rest. Parking available for $80/month in building, I always park on campus across the street in P4 and it’s $55/month instead. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. The person you would be sharing the room with is really sweet and kind. Her name is Melisa and she’s one of my best friends. I plan on living with her next year as well when I get back. She’s really into kdrama/anime/kpop/etc and is good at cooking. She’s really respectful on your schedule too and keep her stuff clean. The rest of the roommates are really nice too and are pretty clean people. You share the bathroom with Melisa and one the other roommates Ashley on our half of the apartment.
