Maggie's room

I just bought a brand new home, 3/2/2, 7 minutes from TWU, 10 minutes from UNT, very close to Denton High, Gonzalez School, Walmart, Kroger, and restaurants. The house will be furnished in the common areas. There are two private rooms available that share a bathroom. There is one parking spot in driveway and one on curb. There is a fenced back yard. The house also has all new appliances, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen and living are an open floor plan. Rent is $825 plus 1/3 of the Utilities (water, trash, electricity, gas) per room. If one person wants to rent both rooms, I will rent them together at a $100 discount and we will split the utilities. Bedrooms are not furnished but I am willing to supply a bed and chest or dresser for an additional $50/month.

I am from Denton and currently attend TWU. I enjoy attending Southmont Church and going to social events hosted by both Southmont and First Denton College Groups. I am a substitute teacher and plan on becoming a teacher after college. I am a no drama girl. I do plan on adopting a pound dog within the next six months. I am looking for two female roommates. No pets so that there is no animal drama. But, if you love animals, I will be adopting soon. I am hoping to find college students or young professional females to have as roommates. No illegal drugs on premises. I prefer non-smokers, but definitely no smoking in the house.
