I just rented this place and I’m looking for someone responsible to share this place with and that will clean up after themselves. $850 is rent no bills included, you’ll have your own bathroom. Washer and dryer included with the place. Just moved in so there’s no furniture just a table kitchen until I have time to buy the rest. No pets allowed.( Still available 1/17 )

Im 21 years old, moved out at 18 so I do have Experience living with roomates, I am responsible even with my young age and will always clean up after myself. I always like giving a heads up if I have people over or if there’s anything I’ll be doing around the house that might make noise. I’m friendly and very outgoing but will always respect your space.
