AVAILABLE NOW: Fully furnished private locked (keypad knob) bedroom with full bed. There are two sets of linens and new covered pillows included. This separate “Mother in Law” living quarters on the lower level of our house has two bedrooms that are at opposite ends of the downstairs living room. We live upstairs on the one bedroom level of our home. Walk out the door to the INL offices a block away. We border the Russ Freeman Park where you can access the Snake River or walk to the Idaho State University campus. The full laundry room ids on your level with soft water everywhere in the home.
The living room has wall mount streaming smart TV with Netflix and Prime TV and more. There’s good wifi throughout. 2022 built home has central air and heat and the downstairs is carpeted. This double bbedded room includes a walk in closet and is fully furnished including a private desk. There is a large (egress) window with blinds for plenty of light and privacy. We supply starter linens and towels for you as well. We have added a convenient warming and snack station including a fridge w/freezer, dishes for four as well as glassware and flatware. Coffee brewer, toaster and microwave supplied. You have access to the landlords’ kitchen upstairs. The common areas are cleaned monthly - and cleaning supplies are present for the roomies to help keep the shared bath liveable! You are responsible for your own room AND your linens, pleez! We also pay to have the bedrooms deep cleaned before a tenant arrives! There is quiet side street parking next to home’s back entry and the Fremont Avenue front entry offers direct access to the lower level. We are convenient to the airport. We had a tenant successfully use the G.I.F.T. (Greater Idaho Falls Transit) to call for rides to and from work instead of using a car. You will pay a $250 deposit and the first month rent of $650 when you decide to rent here. We will hold your room if you want to use Zelle for payment. We use the bank next door for all rental transactions. Our rooms are suitable for interns, traveling professionals like (male) nurses, students and contractors. We keep our home comfortable, safe and a “home away from home” for our tenants.

Male room-mate tenancy only with the shared bathroom. Owners live on premises and are Fair Housing compliant. Landlord is employed with the INL. Drug and smoke free home. No tenant pets or overnight guests are allowed, thank you. You can enjoy safe, comfortable living in Idaho Falls!
