Live on the second floor, we currently 2 pets so maxed on pets for our lease. Lease ends in September, will need to be added to lease. Has a washer and dryer in unit. Property has pool, 24/h workout center, close to highway. Will have private room with shared kitchen/living room and shared bathroom. Apartment allows no smoking. Family friendly, gated, and has apartment security.

Currently it is me and my partner living in the two bedroom unit, I am a teacher and he is an engineer. We have pets and looking for a roommate for our unused second bedroom. We are easygoing and tend to be busy.
