Breathtaking newly renovated home in an upscale neighborhood. The home glows with natural light and large open spaces decorated with beautiful live houseplants and a gorgeous backyard with a pool viewable as soon as you enter the home.

The house has all the bells and whistles with premium finishes. It features Phillips Hue lighting throughout including in the bedroom. Tenant will be able to control lighting color and dimness from their phone. The property has keyless entry and tenant can unlock the door with their phone.

The house is meticulously cared for and is always kept neat and tidy. Tenant is more than welcome to share the common spaces (within reason). Tenants will have access to the kitchen, living room, pool, backyard, and grill.

I am career driven working professional. I would consider myself to be a very warm and caring person. I have a very easy going personality and usually get along with anyone I meet. I usually keep to myself but I value having a roommate that I can connect with and trust. I love nature and try to incorporate as many live plants in the house as I can. I am a very neat and organized person in general but wouldn’t say I’m a neat freak. I have a dog named Julie who has a very mild temperament. She is very calm, quiet, obedient, and sweet by nature and everyone who meets her always fall in love and say she’s so perfect its like she’s a robot.

Sandra is a very warm and personable person. She is a real estate agent and professional photographer enthusiast. She speaks English and Portuguese, and loves to learn new things. Sandra is more on the neat freak side, which helps in always having spotless shared spaces.
