Gigi's room

This room is 12x10 and has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. It currently has a built-in desk and additional storage space but those will be taken down before December so the room will be unfurnished. There is also a direct access to the kitchen’s balcony from inside the room.

• Utilities are not included in monthly rent, they will be separately divided among the rest of the roommates monthly
• I will require a background check for potential tenants that will cost $40
• Move-in costs will be first month’s rent plus deposit
• Common spaces will be shared
• This is a 3b/3b townhouse and I will be living in the master bedroom. I am also listing the other room for rent so there will be total 3 females living in the house
• I am okay with having guests over as long as it is communicated with me prior

I am 26 years old and am a Tax Accountant. I work from home so I am usually in my room all day during the week. I will occasionally have friends over but other than that the house is usually pretty quiet. On my spare time I like to read, paint, and go on walks/hikes. I am very clean and respectful of other people’s spaces so I’m looking for someone else with similar values. Note: I have an 8 y/o cat who is very friendly with humans but she doesn’t get along with other animals. So I can’t have any dogs in the house but might make a consideration for another friendly cat.
