You will have your own large private bedroom with a shared bathroom between one other roommate. The house is split-level, with two living spaces with a full kitchen. Large fenced backyard. Driveway and street parking available. Washer and dryer included. Double closets. Feel free to paint the room.

One of our roomies is leaving us at the beginning of January. It is currently myself, and two other female roommates, 21 and 27. We are all friendly, clean and pretty busy with our own lives so we’re in and out a lot. I’m home during the day on weekdays sometimes, happy to hang out or keep to myself. Cannabis friendly.
