My name is Remy. I have an unfurnished room available (month to month) in University Heights/North Park. It is a 2 bedroom apartment/ 1.5 bathroom with off street parking (carport). Rent is $1400/mo with a $500 security deposit. Half utilities which are SDGE, water, and internet. No pets or couples. A bit about me. I’m a gay male. I work for a law firm so my schedule is your basic M-F 8-5p; however, 4-5x I hit the gym after work so I usually come in after 6:30p depending on when I go. I’m not a heavy drinker or partier so I tend to keep things mellow at home. Let me know if there is anything else you’d like to know.
