You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom. With the 3rd bedroom being used as office space/guest room for a friend or family member coming to town. Easy and accessible parking all outside of the townhouse in a safe community with an easy going landlord.

I’m a 26 year old female working full time and into anything outdoors- camping, hiking, snowboarding, kayaking, and live music as well as 4/20 friendly. I’m the only one in the house plus my 6 year old black lab- I am pretty clean and like things to stay clean and tidy in the common spaces.
I’m looking for a housemate with common interests who could potentially double as a friend, but also someone who is low key and okay with hanging out separately, as I do like to do my own thing and be a bit introverted at times. I like to have a good time out and about, but prefer to keep the living space low key and not the constant hangout or party house.
I’m currently paying on my own, but looking for someone to move in May 1 to split bills with and sign a 12 month lease. Rent would be $1,200 each plus utilities (internet, gas and electric) landlord covers trash and water for me. Possibly open to another dog, sorry no cats.
