3 bedroom house in Morro bay, have one master room available for rent come February. have one dog on the property, a profile is a picture of us, he is a border collie/ flat coat retriever mix. open to have one more if we think it’s a good match to be here. Bathroom is pretty much your own unless their are guests visiting. Have a Gardner 2x a mth to mow lawn, Utilities are included in rent unless abused. Washer and dryer on site with private entrance.

Only one other person and one other dog living on the property. I currently work in the cannabis industry and am partial owner of this property so looking for someone responsible.
