I am a full time single dad, my daughter has left for college so I’m renting her two bedrooms to one person to help pay for college. Its a Jack/Jill setup with a bathroom in-between. Rooms are 10x12 each this way you have one room for sleeping and one for TV/office space. Bathroom has two sinks, tub/shower and toilet. Bedrooms and closets freshly painted, carpets cleaned, new wood flooring in bathroom and new elongated bowl toilet. I’m looking for someone who fits in well with my schedule. I leave for work early so I’m in bed by 8pm, I work from home one day a week. I was US Navy for 12 years, I keep a clean house and don’t leave shoes, dishes etc out. You can park in driveway if your car doesn’t leak oil, otherwise there is plenty of street parking. 420 tolerant in garage only. No dogs/cats. Tobacco free house. Overall looking for a chill responsible person, open communication, friendly atmosphere. 5 bed/3 bath home located in Discovery Bay, unfortunately not on the water…

$1400/Mth includes internet, all utilities and laundry/kitchen usage. $2000 Deposit.
