My roommate Chris and I are looking for a 3rd roommate (preferably female) to fill our extra bedroom. We absolutely LOVE this apartment (I have lived here for 3 years and Chris for 2) and we think you will too. It’s a new building with only 3 units, high ceilings, central a/c, dishwasher, and coin laundry located in the basement. The apartment is near both the G train (Classon stop) and the C train (Clinton-Washington stop) with bodegas on every corner, coffee shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants + bars all nearby.

About Me: I am a 31 year old female, originally from a northwest suburb of Chicago, and I work in marketing for a health + wellness brand. I love riding my bike, working out and practicing yoga, listening to live music, going to comedy shows, and exploring the incredible NYC restaurant + bar scene.

About Chris: Chris is a 31 year old male, originally from Bensonhurst (BK), and works in consulting. As a consultant, Chris is often traveling for work Monday - Thursday. He enjoys cooking, listening to music, reading, and spending time with friends. Fun fact, Chris has an identical twin brother!

To move in, you’ll need to pay first & last month’s rent + security deposit & sign a lease that starts September 1, 2018 and ends on August 31, 2019.
