**Room Rental in 3 bed/2 bath house, with one roommate and a dog

This house is in a safe neighborhood and furnished (appliances, washer/dryer, beds, couch, etc). One of the bedrooms has been converted to a game room (in addition to the full living room entertainment area). I stay in the master bedroom, with the small connected bathroom, and am looking to rent out the third bedroom.

The room for rent includes a closet, bed, plastic dresser, and Roku tv. (The pictures of the room show how it is currently decorated as a guest room, but the tapestry/ lights would be taken out in advance for your convenience). There is a larger bathroom in the hallway.

There is also a fenced-in backyard, a covered driveway (off-street parking), and an empty backyard shed for additional storage. The rent includes utilities.

Hi, I’m Chloe, a 29 year old teacher who is looking to make the house rent a bit more feasible. I don’t really party; I mostly just work, read, and play video-games. I have a Corgi-sized, adult rescue dog, Buster, who is shy but loves people when he gets to know them. However, the landlord does not allow more pets.
