Talya's room

Hello! My roommate is moving out, so I am looking for someone to fill her spot in a 2/2 at Lantower Westshore. The shared spaces are already furnished so you will only have to furnish your own room and bathroom. Rent is around 1200 a month split plus utilities/rental insurance/and wifi. You’ll be paying around 1300 a month in total. There is a one-time application fee of 75 dollars. The lease goes until November 2023 with an option to resign.

There are a lot of awesome amenities at Lantower including a gym, market, and pool. It’s super close to the airport so perfect for anyone who travels often or is a flight attendant. It’s located in a great area and you’re about 15 minutes from anything in Tampa and only 30 from St. Petersburg. We are looking for someone to fill her spot by February but it is available asap. Attached are a few images as well as the floor plan with the room circled. I am okay with having a trained dog live in the apartment but please no cats. I am a full-time student at UT and work part time, so I am out of the apartment often. The apartment is super clean, so I am looking for someone who is clean and considerate as well. In my free time I love to read, take part in outdoor activities, and try new places so would totally be down to find someone who is interested in the same things and would like to do them together if you’re ever interested in joining. Being respectful of each other’s space is super important to me so I am hoping to find someone who is similar.
