About the room
The house was finished in December on 2021 and has a fence around the backyard. The fence is not suitable for small dogs but there are doggy doors suitable for large/ xl dogs. My dog is a XL to XXL German Shepard/ Akita mix. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. I can lower the monthly rent if need be.
About the roomies
I am the homeowner I am 25 and I have a very large but friendly dog. I only work weekends and I enjoy the outdoors! I am an old soul who enjoys the simple things in life! I have a friend who is staying in my room. I am open to longer stays but the contracts will be either month to month or 3 month intervals starting out. Pets are allowed but I want to ensure that they get along before we sign any agreements to be fair to the pets.
