Katie's room

Super spacious room available in a daylight basement in quiet Matthew’s Beach neighborhood. We are right off the 75 bus line, so easy access to UW/UW Medical/UW light rail. However, we are not a super walker-friendly (the nearest grocery store is about a mile away). Incoming housemate would share a bathroom with one other tenant (a male).

We are three - a 30-year old female who works as a behavior therapist with children on the Autism Spectrum, a 29-year old female barista/student, and a 29-year old male who works in pathology at Harborview. We also have a super friendly and social dog who is almost 2 years old, so must love dogs! Our home is a sanctuary, we love to keep it clean and peaceful. Although we are a friendly crew, we value peace within the home and are looking for someone who is kind and respectful of quiet hours as we are all hard-working professionals.
