Room available for rent in Frogtown duplex. Cozy, quirky, colorful space. Very affordable. Renter pays $515/month + electric & internet. Coin-operated laundry on site. Street parking. There is also one feline resident. The two main bedrooms (mine & yours) are on opposite ends of the floor, and separated by the living room and kitchen, so this provides a little extra sense of privacy. Your bedroom is on the smaller side, but you will also get an additional mini-room to use as an office, small gym, extra storage area, or whatever! My current roommate has offered to leave the bed, and a dresser, if the new renter prefers.

I’m a 39-year old woman. Easy-going, and relatively introverted. Non-smoker. Artistic type, and appreciator of the arts, in general. Liberal leaning. I like to eat well and stay active. I enjoy biking, basketball, softball, etc. I’m an early bird, and work 6 days a week. I’m typically gone from 8:00am-5:00pm. Sunday is my day off, so I’m around the house a bit more. To be clear, I am also a renter, and not the homeowner. If we seem well-suited as roommates, I will put you in contact with the landlord/homeowner, and they can give you the lease details, etc.
