Looking for a female roommate to share a townhome in Gaithersburg. A master bedroom, double closets with private bathroom for only $1000 monthly. In addition, utilities are split amongst housemates and will range from $75 to $125 (cleaning charge, electric and water). The living room, dinning room and kitchen are shared spaces. A monthly cleaning service for the shared spaces and bathroom is also included. The place is located only a 5 minute drive away from route 270, multiple grocery stores (Walmart & Target), gyms and restaurants. A 5 minute walk to a bus stop in the neighborhood. A 5 minute drive to Montgomery College, Germantown Campus. Perfect for a college student! The space is available starting Jan 4th but the right fit is more of a priority so the move in date can be flexible.
