The property features a modern open plan design with a dining and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, with a large six-person bar and six burner gas range top, chairs in the bar, and a separate dining table. The kitchen has all high-end, stainless steel, Thermador appliances (fridge/freezer, double oven, range top, and dishwasher), as well as counter-top appliances (air fryer, microwave, steamer, rice maker, toaster, stand mixer, food processor, and blender), cooking tools, tupperware, flatware, and utensils you will need to prepare delicious homecooked meals. There is also a full-sized smart fridge with french doors, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more! Additional fridge and deep freezer space are available in the basement along with ample additional pantry and shelf space. There is also a coffee and tea bar in the dining room with a hot water kettle, Nesspresso machines, a coffee grinder, and an espresso machine.

Both bedrooms, located on the second floor, have comfortable full-sized beds, a “50 Smart TV, and built-in closets perfect for storing all your belongings. The bed frames also feature four roll-out drawers for additional storage. Two shared bathrooms are available, one with a practical walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub shower combo - the best of both worlds! A full-size, commercial, stackable Electrolux washer and dryer are located in a hallway closet on the second floor near the bedrooms. The house, including both rooms, is wired for ethernet and WiFi is available throughout. There is also extra space for storage or private office(s) in case you need it, just ask. In addition to pantry and storage space, the basement also features a utility room, a second washer and dryer set, and a workbench with tools!

UTILITIES - The listed rent is all-inclusive. This means it includes electricty, gas, water, internet, entertainment (streaming accounts pre-loaded on smart devices), and household consumables. Heating and cooling is a two-zone, air-sourced, heat pump system with a gas furnace for backup heating all tied into a set of Nest smart thermostats. Hot water is provided by a new, on-demand gas unit, you will never run out of hot water.

A NOTE ABOUT THE HOUSE Additional renovations are planned. In 2023 we will be installing french doors on the living room to offer additional privacy, updating the yard landscaping, adding smart lighting, furnishing the sun porch, and working to improve the finish in the basement.

BONUS! As one of our first renters, we would like to give you input into furnishings. Desks, chairs, decorations, furnishings, appliances - You name it. Just let us know what you would like to see added and we will work with you to discuss possible additions we can make at our expense.

PARKING Ample street parking, large driveway, and gated parking. There is also a garage, but it is currently unavailable for parking.

A NOTE ABOUT US My wife and I share the master bedroom in this home with our four, small, friendly dogs; you will adore them! But, unfortunately, this is why we must decline additional dogs. Cats, pets kept in cages or tanks, and other exotic pets will be considered though; additional deposit and insurance requirements may apply.
